We’re allowing orders to be taken prior to the start of apparel production. In other words, you pay for a product that you will receive post production. Meaning, we will only produce the quantity and sizes of the specific garments sold in advance.
All pre-order products will display an expected “SHIPS ON OR AROUND” date in the product description, which is subject to change, due to unexpected delays, beyond our control. Additional items purchased on the same ticket as a pre-order will not ship until the time specified in the description of the pre-ordered item.
The pre-order item is an item which you have the chance to purchase in preview from the new collection or a limited edition. It means that the item is still in production when ordered and not immediately available in our warehouse. Once you run checkout it is important to verify if the product is in pre-order or not. Delivery times may vary for pre-orders.
Have the chance to purchase in preview from the new collection or a limited edition. The advantage of buying an item in pre-order is that you can guarantee the size or item you want without risking that it runs out as soon as it is available in our warehouse. Requests for certain items can be multiple. For this reason, their availability can run out even before they are physically available in stock.
If you decide to Pre-order any of our products on our website, please note the following:
- Payment is charged immediately at checkout to reserve your preordered item.
- If you need to cancel your Preorder please contact us at email@example.com
- For Returns on Preorders, you have 14 days from the day that you received the Order by mail or in store pick up.
- The estimated date on the Preorder page is an approximation communicated by our manufacturer and we only update as more information
is provided. If you do not see an update then we do not have further information at this time. Once we receive tracking number from our Manufacturer and from our printing company we will update you once we have those info.
- All in store pick ups for preorders can be done so at anytime just let us know when you’re planning on doing so once we receive those item(s). We work very hard to keep everything organized so we need time to unpack these items, sort through and bag all items to prepare for pickups and shipping. Thank you so much for your patience.
After your Pre-Orders
The items of our collection are exclusive. For this reason, the manufacturing process requires several production and processing steps. The production sequence is linear, although mistakes may occur.
In the unlikely event of a delay, we will get in contact with you as soon as possible.
Yes you can, just keep in mind that pre-orders may be canceled within two hours from the purchase. From that moment on it won’t be possible. If you have changed your mind about the product purchased in pre-order within 2 hours, you can cancel the item from your order by contacting us.
Yes! It will be possible to change the sizes of the items included in the order provided availability of the sizes and, of course, before receiving the confirmation email. From this moment on, it won’t be possible to apply modifications. Anyway, modifications are not guaranteed and it won’t be possible to change items included in the order.
We give a 2wk window for customers to make their orders, for we handle bulk orders when dealing with manufacturers. Then allow 10 days to get the products printed, embroidered, dyeing, and finishing operations performed. Usually, the estimated waiting time is of 21 working days from the date of publication of the item. Once that the item is available to us, your order will be dispatched within two or three days.
Please keep in mind that if you placed an order containing a pre order item, the entire order will be on hold for 2 weeks, 10 days for preparation and then dispatched at once.
